Staging Rentals--The New Way?

Met with a buddy this morning. He showed me pics of an empty unit. Gorgeous! Then he showed me pics of it staged! AWESOME. Guess what it cost. $30 per picture. Here was the interesting part: after stating he paid $30 per picture I asked him how a company could make any money moving in furniture, getting pics taken, and them moved out. The trick? Photoshopped furniture. It made the unit look better, and the pics can be used again and again.
