Eviction in Daytona Beach

Hello to all. As of recently I've discovered biggerpockets.com from they're podcast and never had a question to ask, till now. I have a 2/2 condo, on the bayside, of Daytona Beach, FL which I was renting. But now; I'm evicting a tenant for non-payment. First time process for me. Any advise from those of you that have gone through it before? If any of you guys rent on the east coast (or Daytona Beach) have you run into similar issues? I do have a property manager, for those of you wondering. They're the ones doing the eviction. Any feed back or words of wisdom is kindly welcomed. Warm Regards to the bigger pockets community, Ben

Hi Ben, I've been through this more than a few times. As a lawyer, I can't give you specific legal advice. However, below are forms and details that should help. Make sure you post a 3-day notice and, if possible, hire a lawyer. There are a few firms around that have eviction packages that are fairly reasonable. Good luck, I'm in the area  (building, renting, investing, etc)  best- David
