I'm the owner of a triplex building. It seems that I have misplaced one of the tenants lease in which they have signed already.  What should I do if tenant doesn't want to cooperate with resigning another lease? Reason being this particular tenant is very hard to deal with at times.  FYI this is a section tenant.

If you have a blank lease you simply assume they have their copy and you enforce the lease accordingly.

If you know when the lease ends why not simply non renew and get rid of her.

@Brandon Crumpton did you give a copy to Section 8? If so, get a copy from them
