There are some older threads concerning this but due to rapidly changing technology wanted to see what luck people have had with online/ electronic payments? - cost to landlord or tenant? - ACH option? - credit card option? Thanks in advance for help! Tom

I use Cozy and tenant can pay by using their checking account or credit card( with fee)
