Web based property management that automatically charges late fee
I have around a 30 unit rental portfolio. I've become pretty bad about applying late fees when the rent is submitted late. Is anyone aware of a web based property management system that allows online rental payments with ACH and automatically charges late fees when the rent is paid late?
