Property Information Sheet

Hello,

   I am looking for my second property and was going to create a document to have all the facts of a house in one place. Things like square footage, carpet brand and color, oven serial number, paint color. Just the miscellaneous things you will forget tomorrow. I'm sure i'm not the first person to want something like this. Does anyone have anything like this or can point me in the right direction? Maybe there is a better name for it i can search the "Files" with. I tried "Property Fact" and "Property Sheet" and saw mostly things to have when you are talking to a seller. Thanks in advance!

I just created an Excel spreadsheet. I titled it "Quick Property Info" and I keep it on my desktop. For each property I own, I can quickly find out squarefootage, roof's age, HOA fees, air filter size, etc. You can customize it to however you want!
