Southern Indiana Local Bank Recommendations

Hello all,

I'm considering purchasing rental properties in New Albany, Indiana and was looking for recommendations for local lenders/banks in that area who lend to investors.  I would prefer a smaller bank who can do loans under $50,000 with a 20-25% down payment if that is possible.  Any suggestions?
