Cheapest Rent Collection Software? (for the tenant)

Sometime ago I had researched rent collection online software and had found one that only charges tenants .50 per transaction. I can't find the notes that I made! 

The software would take credit cards/bank accounts ect. Looking for something that is stable and VERY user friendly.
