Inheriting Tenants On a apartment purchase
Closing on a distressed 24 unit apartment building soon and will be inheriting 5 lower income tenants. Current rents being charged are below market value. What are some ways to subtly communicate to the tenants either to pay a higher rent or move out? And what time frame is reasonable either for rent increase or to move out?
