How to set up a Tenant Manager
I just bought a six-unit apartment, and am trying to get one of the tenants set up as a tenant manager. He did this for the previous landlord, but there was no paperwork, including leases. I was wondering if anyone else has used tenant managers, and what kind of contracts you used. Did you need to use a special lease?
