• Schedule and Record the inspection of a rental property just before tenant moves in and when tenant moves out
• Document and electronically sign inspection results( both landlord and tenant sign digitally to approve the inspection results)
• Store property inspection document and  images online.

This is a very handy feature for  accounting of the security Deposit when tenant vacates rental property.
