Mandatory electronic/online payments
Does anyone require rental payments to be paid online? No checks or cash accepted.

I work for a management company and we only accept money orders. Cash has way too many liabilities that come with it. Something that we are looking to get into is google wallet, it's easy, free and you get a notification right away when someone pays so you will know who has and hasn't paid. As with everything you have to find what works for you and your tenants so just make sure you make it as convenient for them while still making it easy and safe for you!
