Lead Paint and Airbnb rentals?

Hi all -

I am considering renting out one of my units on Airbnb and the house was built in 1925. Lead paint is "unknown" to the seller and to us. Are there any special rules or laws regarding lead paint for short term Airbnb rentals if a family with kids under 6 years of age want to rent our unit? Are we required to give a lead paint disclosure form?

Any advice would help.
