Coin laundry installation
Hey BP,
I have 4 unit building in Clearwater, FLorida and I am looking to get opinions on putting coin laundry in a room that is off the garage which all tenants could access. The building is vacant now as we are in the rehab phase so installing them might also be attractive to future tenants.
The laundry room has water hookups and a house electric meter right in there.
Is anybody currently using a company for this or can anyone recommend one?
