LLC or Trust for Divorcee

Hey all, first time here. Im currently going through a divorce and trying to figure out what to do with the rental property I (we) bought in VA with my VA Loan. I want to keep reenters in it, and to put it in something that is going to require as little input from me as possible until I can get into a better financial situation and sell it. I've heard there are combinations of LLC's and/or trusts that can accomplish this, and want to figure out what is going to work best for my current, less than ideal situation. Any help is appreciated.

Mike
