Hello I am getting ready to buy a vacation rental in Pocono Lake region and planning to go interview property managers soon. Looking for tips or things to look into. Also, recommendations to go with the big managers like VRBO or target smaller outfits with good knowledge and experience with the local renter market? Thanks All the best Justin
