Best online tenant application?
I'd love to have tenants fill out an online application instead of having to print or email them to me. Which ones are recommended? I only own an 8-plex, so I don't need anything too complex or expensive. Thanks!

I have had a ton of success with tenant cloud. I absolutely love their software and the user friendly interface it has for the owner. It tracks everything you could possibly need in my opinion.
