3. Because I ask them to leave - having trouble paying rent on time

In the last 6 years, I've only had 3 people leave:

1.  Getting married and moving to his house;

2. Built a house (only did a 3 month lease as we knew they just needed housing for a few months); and

3.  Job transfer out of county.
