I'm looking at a duplex around Bethel park area. I called the utility companies and they said they could only go back a year. They couldn't find no numbers due to maybe rehabbing the property and it sitting on the market. Looking to see if anybody could throw some numbers my way? Water,electric gas. Thank you for your time.
