DENIED INSURANCE COVERAGE. Advice needed.

Hello BP,

So I own two 4plexes in St Louis, MO are and a townhome in Jacksonville, FL which is also rented out. My current insurance provider for the FL property has dropped my water damage coverage last year (no explanation provided), so this year I found a carrier that would provide the water damage coverage. After signing & paying  for the policy 2 weeks ago, today they called me to let me know that they are canceling it d/t me having 4 insurance claims  since 2016 to present. I own 4 properties (4th one is my house), and those claims were on different properties. 2 out of the 4 claims were not even honored for various reasons... My old policy for the FL property is still active, but I don't have water damage protection which is a must since it is a rental...

Can anyone recommend a FL insurance provider?

Has anyone encountered the same problem?

Thank you.
