Best way to advertise SFR rental

Hello all,

I will be putting my place up for rent in the end of September. I use regular signs on the main road as well as craigslist to advertise to prospective tenants.

My question is in general, do you use paid services to market your rental? If so, what paid services do you find most success with? (rentals.com, MLS, PM, etc.)

This home will rent in the $1,200 - $1,300 range in a nicer community of approx 85% owner occupancy, so I do not expect a large volume of drive by visibility here.

Thanks for your suggestions,

Jeff
