How many units of tour own can you manage yourself in Georgia?
Is there a limit on the number of units you can manage as the owner in Georgia? I currently manage 8 units myself. I plan on hiring an asistant to help me, but I would be the one who would be acting as the manager. Another question is is there anything my asistant is not allowed to do since he does not have any real estate license?
