Bed bug addendum wording

Hi I've looked for 2 days and cannot find. I'm looking for wording for my leases regarding pest control (specifically bed bugs). Someone on here mentioned a clause for them , but I have no idea how to word it. I have that I cover pest control for the first 10 days, but obviously they can bring the bed bugs with them. I'm extremely thorough and would NEVER allow someone to move in with any pests. TIA
