Drug Use with current tenants

Hello, I'm new to bigger pockets and this is my first post. So I just received a phone call from a tenant that his roommate is on hard core drugs and does not feel safe in the house and wants off the lease. There lease is up in october and rent is due in two days. What is the best course of action?
