Creating my first rental listing

Hi everyone,

My husband and I purchased our first duplex in the beginning of January and we are finishing up renovations and hoping to have one unit available for a March 15th move in date.

I have decided to use Cozy to create the listings.  I like the look of the site and all of the features that are available for both ourselves as well as future tenants.

Does anyone have a current listing or have the copy they use for listings that I could view?

Thanks!

@Ashley Paschke @Christopher Madden I just recently started using Cozy for my investment properties. Has made it a lot easier. Mainly rent collection and screening. It's all in one place. It's completely free for landlords which is obviously a nice perk as well. I haven't used it to market a property yet though. I've always used postlets.com to create my listings which is now owned by Zillow. I'll be trying Cozy next vacancy I need to fill though. I did a lot of research on free rent collection websites and found Cozy to be the best in my opinion.
