Hey Guys,

Have a sticky one here:  latest storm in the north east (Massachusetts) has left an Airbnb property without power.  It's 11 am est - still blackout - house is down to 53* F  ... Tenant arriving at 6 pm....

Now if you were me... what the heck would you do!?!

Thanks guys!

@Jim Sestito I'd contact the renter ASAP and explain the situation.  Here in Plymouth I read that over 40% of the town (including me) has no power.  It's the same all over.

The other option would be to get a generator going, but asking your clients to maintain that isn't a great idea.

Here's hoping that we all get power back soon!
