Best Website for Rent Collection

There are SO many options to offer online rent collection that I can't figure out which one. I'd like to offer something for a "rent to own" tenant to help build credit as well as one that possibly gives options to use credit card payments for rent. I'm looking into purchasing a 6 plex of one bedrooms to market as furnished student housing and online payment (and option for mom to pay from afar and young tenant to build credit) is appealing to my and my population of tenants. Ideas and experiences pleeeeassssee!!

@Catherine Cleveland the topic has been discussed many times on BP recently, so I would use the search box (upper right corner of page) to search out answers. I personally use Cozy, which allows tenants to opt into credit reporting and accepts credit card. That is just one option.
