What tools are you missing?
I've been reading a lot about different investment and property management softwares/services and am kind of a tech guy myself. I'm curious to know, what are some things you do that are difficult or frustrating, that you can't find a good tool for? Or if there is a tool/service you LOVE, what is it and what makes it so great?
