On SFR's in Cleveland Ohio, water and sewer, combined, run me about $80-$85 a month. What is a good estimate for water and sewer on a duplex in Cleveland? Also, what are you paying for insurance on duplexes/SF? Thanks in advance!!!

I don’t mind at all. I’ve got some as low as $300 annually and as high as $1,400. It really depends on the property value and coverage options; if you want to rebuild the property if it were to burn down, it’ll cost more than just getting back what you put into it.

At this point, all I do is insurance for RE investors.
