Does anyone have any recommendations for the best Landlord software?? Some features I would like included besides the basics would be the ability to pay rent online with a credit card/ ACH, do credit checks and so forth. Has anyone used Rent Direct?

Same as Andrew, I'm using Cozy to manage my one house and will use it to manage up to a few more before I start looking into other software. I do have Quicken on the side for accounting purposes. If I get to the point where I am retired from my current job and take up real estate full time, I'll look into some software that integrates all of those functions together. But take a stab at Cozy first as it has a free online payment system and can screen potential tenants.
