Renting single family house to a daycare
Hi everyone,
We are renting out our SFH as our family is moving to a new house. My daughter used to go to a family care center and the owner is interested in renting our place for a year while her house is being extended/remodeled. She will use part of the house as her residence as well. Are there any restrictions and risks of renting a SFH for business plus residence purpose?
