Rent Prices for Basic Tri-Plex in Chandler, AZ

Hey Guys,

I know this is a pretty specific question, but I wanted to reach out and ask. I am looking at house hacking in Chandler, AZ (85225 area) and was trying to use rentometer and craigslist to check rental prices for 1 and 2 bedroom units. However, the rentometer estimate of 1100 seems high and craigslist is only showing apartment complex unit rent. Does anyone have a better estimate for what a basic unit( clean but not decked out) should rent for?

Best,

Matt

You could try calling a local property management company to ask if they are managing anything similar and the rates.
