Bed Bugs in a Multi-Family

Hello!

I just found out that one of my tenants has bed bugs in his property.  Not ideal...  Although our lease states that pest control after the first 30 days of the lease is the tenant's responsibility, my PM is stating that the landlord has to remediate for bed bugs per Florida law.

The unit with the bed bugs is in a building with three other units.  There are two units up and two units down with exterior entrances, just to give an idea of what it looks like.  I'm wondering if anyone has had experience with something like this.  If so, did you only treat the one unit and hope they didn't spread to any others, or did you take precautions on the adjoining units?

Any advice, or suggestions on things to think about would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
