Chicago Tenant Withheld Rent

When a tenant withholds rent in Chicago are they required put the rent in a separate account and show the landlord proof they have it?

@Trevor Densmore - I don't think so. but as soon as the landlord corrects the issue rent is due and if they do not pay you can start eviction
