Does anybody have a recommendation for a turnkey property manager in the Austin, TX area?

@Saleh Sedighi There are not any Turn-Key companies in Austin that I'm aware of. The numbers simply wouldn't work once they rent it out and add their property management fees. Austin's market has seen strong double-digit appreciation the past few years and that is squeezing cash flow yield for new investors. If you want to invest in Austin, I recommend finding properties that need some work to improve yields and then, if needed, hire a traditional property management company. You can create cash flow in Austin, but "turn-key" properties are not likely to have much yield.
