Hello as of right now I’m 18 but I plan on saving and getting my first house to live in by 21. I plan to save roughly 9,600 a year to buy a rental in Texas (I’m in Cali but I have a real estate cousin in Texas and plan to use property manger) alongside that house I want to refinance the other house which should be enough for a second rental so I’ll be 22 with 2 rentals I was wondering if I can get to 25 rentals by the time I’m 25 doing those same things refinance my rentals while also buying a house from saving over a year. Will this work?

Using your plan of having 2 properties by age 22 and saving $9,600 per year I don't see how you will achieve 23 additional properties in 3 more years therefore 25 rentals by age 25 doesn't seem very realistic in my honest opinion.
