Tenant asks for rent credit

Hi, I have a renter that wants to do handyman type work around the house like recalling the bathroom and small things like that. He wants a rent credit for doing it. I was wondering where do you draw the line between just keeping the house clean and taking care of small things and paying to have it fixed? I feel like some of it should just be done since he is living there without me giving him a rent credit. Any advice/help is much appreciated!

Dont do it . The tenant will think caulking the tub is worth $75.00 . Then they will start sending you a list of things they have done and demand a credit .

Just say No
