Tenants got arrested Evication

Hi Ya'll

I have this property rent out to latino couple for over two years.  They paid their rent on time and kept house clean. 

Somehow, i got a call last week from the husband saying he is out the town will be back next day to pay rent . I said that's fine with me.

few days pasted, i called and texted, no one picked up.  And now, i just went over there to check.  Got told by nebors, tenants (tenant) were arrested for drug possession.( I am beyond speechless)   

I called police department to find out more information on it, the only thing they were able to give me is the wife was arrested for sure. along with few other ones in the house. (on something drug related) 

That's how far i got.  (the neibors made it sounded like they were cooking meth in there  which is not true!)

as far as i considered, just go through eviction process  and get the house cleaned up and rented out again.

Is there anyone out there have similar situation happened before want to share, that would be great.
