Marketing Rental - Reuse Photos

I'd like to do a 'Coming Soon' post on social media; however, the apartment isn't ready to be photographed and the only photos we have are from the listing when we purchased it. Could we use the photos from the MLS?

I've not heard of anyone getting in trouble for this but most MLS's own those pictures and don't allow anyone else to use them. They are easy to download and use but they may not be happy.
