Rent to PotHeads Only?!

A landlord in our town had a write up from a small newspaper that he only wanted to rent his apartments ONLY to people with "medical marijuana cards."

He said it was because, "too many tenants complained about the smell."

Pro: At least you'd know who was doing what in your rentals.

Con: You'd have a bunch of potheads in your rentals.

you want to hear funny??? i was trying to decide if i should buy some goods to melt snow for a 10 unit building i have..then i realized none of them have jobs so they won't need to leave the apartments...
