Best place for state-specific (MA) landlord forms?

Working on finding a lease for my first ever tenant and I want to make sure I get it right the first time. Does anyone have experience with the landlord forms that BP offers? I also came across masslandlords.net that is the same price and offers a wide range of forms as well. Any insight is greatly appreciated!

Find a local lawyer. The extra expense is worth it over online documents.

He will be able to tailor a lease specific to your needs, property and local area.
