We're in need of a Commercial Broker with experience in identifying good deals for multi's and has knowledge of the market (cap rates, vacancies, etc). Who would you recommend for Houston, TX?

Multi could be 2 to 4 unit properties, 20,50,300 units.
You did not mention stabilized assets, value add, totally vacant,etc.
