Hi everyone. This is short and sweet. I am currently screening tenants for my 2nd SFH rental. Does anyone know if Emotional Support Dogs, with all their paperwork (whatever that means) are a protected class? I have a no pet policy. thank you in advance.

Read up on the regulations because the persons with a disability are the protected class and the dog falls under accommadations for that disabilty. They are not considered a pet. That said require documentation and a form of your choosing completed to decrease internet documentation only.
