Security Deposit vs non refundable move in fees
I have been reading Wheel Barrow Profits by Jake and Gino, they talk about doing non refundable move in fees instead of getting security deposits. I'm thinking personally I wouldn't like it or I would just not care when I move out of a unit since I know for sure I wouldn't get a deposit back.
What are your thoughts or experiences with this?
