Michigan investors - anyone have experience with 855 Managers?

Hi everyone,

I'm in SE Michigan and I'm preparing to rent out my first home.  I'm considering going with 855 Managers for the property management.  Have any of you used them before?  Good or bad experience?  Any insight would be appreciated.  Thank you!
