Questions about fees when you close.

Hello! I just put in my first offer and now I'm scared, lol. Mow Im thinking I didn't analyze the numbers correctly. My question is did I miss putting closing costs and real estate agent fees into the BP calculator because I don't recall providing that input? Also what do you do if the home has Led paint and a tenant who is already in the house? Gosh, I feel totally vulnerable and ignorant now.

Congratulations!!! Don't sweat it.... if the seller is interested in your offer, there's a VERY good chance you'll receive a counter-offer and have the option to accept, counter, or walk away.

Also, did you include a home-inspection contingency with the offer? If so, you'll have the option to walk away without losing earnest money if the inspector discovers lead paint or anything else that makes you uncomfortable.
