Need a good, affordable Bathroom Reno Contractor

Hi, I'm very new to the game. I recently purchased a multifamily in Somerville, MA, that I'm in the process of fixing. I am looking for someone to redo my bathroom (I am living in one unit). I've gotten a number of quotes ranging from 11k to 17k for my small full bath (about 9 by 5 feet), but was hoping for something cheaper. Does anyone know how much this should cost? Or does anyone know of someone who could do a cheap bathroom reno in Somerville?
