Potential new landlord
I've been on the hunt for a duplex to house hack, and will be going to look at one tomorrow. The one side has a tenant already living in it. If I were to get this duplex, what would you suggest doing in regards to the tenant? How do you take over as the landlord and transferring the payments the tenant makes? How do you go about making up a lease?
