RUBS: Any experience?

Hi All! We are looking into a 3-family home, which only has 2 meters. Sub-metering would be very expensive. We would like to try to go with RUBS. Has anyone had experience with RUBS? Positive? Negative? Kickback from tenants? If you wouldn’t mind, share any tips on what works with RUBS and any examples of what has not worked? Thank you!
