Would you even bother replying to someone who sent this email in response to your CL ad: "I would like to sch a viewing plz this is not sec 8" (no real name, just a nickname, nothing else)

I would delete the email. Those are usually spam from craigslist. Even if it's not spam, if the tenant doesn't care enough to call, or write a proper email, they must really not be that mature/professional. I'd pass.
